NDIS Plan Reviews

The NDIA is extending plans to ensure continuity of supports and will be in touch with you to check in and confirm if an update or review is needed. This is called a Participant Check-In. During this call you will have the opportunity to discuss how your current plan is going and if there are any changes to your circumstances that may require a plan review.
NDIS Participant Check-in Calls
Many of our clients are receiving the Participant Check-In call, not realizing this is an opportunity to discuss your plan.
Tips for when the NDIA calls:
- If you need support, please ask the NDIA representative to call back at a time you
are with your support person, this will also allow you time to also discuss
your plan if you have engaged a Support Coordinator - Confirm the NDIA has an updated functional assessment to ensure you have the right
level of support to achieve your goals - Discuss any changes to your circumstances that may affect your current plans funding
- Does your current budget support your needs?
