A plan manager takes care of the financial side of your NDIS Plan and pays your providers on your behalf. When you use a service, your service provider sends the invoice directly to us and we organise for the NDIS to pay it.

We do all the financial administration for you. It’s like your own personal book-keeper who protects your money. We lodge your claims with the NDIS and ensure your service providers are paid. At Your Choice Plan Management, we process invoices on the day when they are received and upload them to the NDIS. There’s no additional fee as the cost is covered by the NDIA, and there’s no additional gap fee that comes out of your pocket.

With us managing your plan finances, you get to enjoy more ‘Me” time!

We pay the invoices but we do so much more than that. We are first and foremost a people business! Our Plan Managers are experienced and knowledgeable and can help you understand your plan and budget, and many other things related to the NDIS! Just call to discuss any issue.

We have invested in the latest smart software to ensure your invoices are processed on the same day we receive them.

Yes of course! You get to talk with a person every time. But not just any person – a friendly, experienced, knowledgeable Plan Manager who loves helping you!

We enter the details of your agreed services and only pay for those services. If we receive an invoice that does not fit your instructions, we contact you to seek confirmation first. We don’t let service providers access your funds unless you have approved it.

You do. You have choice and control.

We stay up-to-date with the latest changes and updates from the NDIS. We’ll be able to advise you on what you can and cannot claim – just call us if you are not sure!

We most certainly can process your pre-paid invoices for NDIS reimbursement to you.

We send out a monthly statement outlining all your supports and invoices that have been paid. We’re also happy to provide an update anytime – just call us.

Your balance will be on your monthly report from us. You can also login to the NDIS portal and all your balance will be there.
