Tash has worked in plan management since the NDIS rolled out on the Sunshine Coast in 2019 and enjoys working in the disability sector. Tash provided leadership in establishing the Your Choice Plan Management business, plan management team and information systems. Tash stays on top of the NDIS plan management system and rules so that she can pass this knowledge on to her team and our clients. Tash enjoys providing great customer service and helping clients get the most of their NDIS plans and is proud to offer same day invoice processing to our clients.

Kellie is a compassionate and caring worker with over 10 years of experience working in the disability and Community Services sector. I have been an NDIS Plan Manager since the NDIS rolled out on the Sunshine Coast in 2019. I strive to give my clients the best possible service and to make their life that little bit more carefree. Kellie’s role as Senior Plan Manager involves working alongside Tash staying up to date with NDIS plan management systems and rules and assisting the YCPM team with her disability sector knowledge.

Liza has a range of professional experiences in the disability sector, with four years’ experience as a special education teacher in the Northern Territory, teaching primary aged students in both mainstream and special school settings. Liza has spent four years as a trainer in a day service for adults with disabilities, accessing social enterprises as well as building independence in daily living skills and community access. More recently, Liza has supported families in accessing NDIS as an ECEI Planner and Support Coordinator.

Toni has worked within the disability and NDIS sector for the past five years in multiple roles and is currently studying for a Diploma in Community Services. Before working in the disability sector, Toni worked in Compensation Law for 4.5 years, which supported the development of her passion for the disability and NDIS sector. Toni then transitioned into the disability sector and has worked in the following roles; manager and NDIS Coordinator for clients in an Allied Health organisation (with Speech Therapists, OTs, Psychologists, and Social Workers), a Support Coordinator and now is working as an NDIS Plan Manager. Toni says “it feels like NDIS Plan Management is the position I was meant to have, with my previous roles and experience leading and preparing me for this. Lyn has career experience in accounts management, financial systems, administration, and customer service. Lyn has worked in the NDIS disability sector in plan management since 2020 and found applying her knowledge and experience in accounting, which is usually a very impersonal occupation, to help clients manage their plans and budgets extremely rewarding. As a bookkeeper by heart, Lyn enjoys the number-crunching financial side in plan management and feels this role is a wonderful way to use that love of finance while still working in a role that helps others.

Shakirra has always had a passion for the disability and mental health sector and has gained experience in both disability case management and support work.
